I have a PhD in Education from the University of Sheffield, UK, and I have been working in the field of faculty development & teacher education since 2003, at the American University in Cairo (AUC) in Egypt. I am now an Associate Professor of Practice at its Center for Learning and Teaching, and I also sometimes teach in the Professional Educators Diploma at the Graduate School of Education. I also confess to being a MOOCaholic, Writeaholic, and Tweetaholic.
